We made a mockumentary series to teach the casual observer a little bit about our club's history and to take shots at our rivals.
The Rivalry – A completely factual and unbiased look back at why soccer became the chosen arena for Portland and Seattle to assert their dominance over one another.
Hibernation – Rare footage of a Timber Joey was captured deep in the forests of the Pacific Northwest.
Fading Star Phenomenon – an astrophysical study of the LA Galaxy’s decline and the wonders of the universe.
The results
This series of videos became the team’s most watched social content in 2018. The Rivalry won “2018 MLS Digital Content Experience of the Year” and even caught the attention of legendary documentary director, Ken Burns.
